Excellent texture and taste

I buy this product to make whole grain bread and it truly is the best I have ever used. I have tried other whole grain hot cereals {5 and 10 grain} and Red River is by far the best.

I’ve just started using Arva Flour and I’m loving it! It’s healthy and additive free and everything I make from bread to loaves is delicious. Orders arrive quickly and efficiently!

This is such a rich flour from an ancient grain, it is wonderful.
I have made muffins but will soon try 100% Einkorn bread. It is very sweet, very rich and responds well to rising agents. Thank you so much!

Tried the carrot cake and the brownies. Both were easy to make and very tasty.

I been baking for many years I tried many different flour with success but I wanna something better that is a feel good when I eat it as I am very conscious of what I put in my mouth so I wanna give up wheat and I just tried the arva white spelt and I am so happy with the result as I bake sourdough dough artisan style..I did only white spelt this time to test it and I can hardly wait to try whole spelt mix the texture of the white is very nice and fluffy and an amazing taste ..I also purchased the einkorn and emmer ...I am very happy that I found area mills as I live in British Columbia I have it delivered it comes with a cost but I fill my cart so it is worth the purchased ..All arva products that they sell is a very fine quality so I look what they have that I would love to use before I go to any store hands down..Carry on the great job and keep it as authentic as you can BRAVO...Cécile

When Red River Cereal was no longer available at grocery stores, your company stepped up to fill the void and for that I am eternally grateful!

Though I’m not Canadian I discovered this cereal 3 years ago while fishing Whitewater Lake through Wilderness North. Megan Cheeseman disclosed some of her secrets for making the cereal with coconut milk and I have been hooked on the stuff! The cereal is a fantastic product and a great way to start the day or have for a snack. I’m grateful that Arva Mills has resurrected and I’ll continue to support the business! Thanks for a great product and letting me sample a piece of Canadian history!
