The days of my wintry morning youth are here again. Just as delicious as ever. My simple microwave prep has me eating the best hot cereal in under 10 minutes. At 80 years of age, Red River is a delightful long-lost memory brought back to life. Even though we now live in northern Louisiana, we still get a lot of wintry days, and the 5-pack allows me to share with friends who have never heard of Canada's best hot cereal. Bravo Arva!

Very smooth, kneads well and produces a great loaf, on its own or in a combination with any other flour that Arva sells.
